Alicia Silverstone (born April 14, 1970) is an American actor from the United States. Silverstone was an era-defining teen star when she began her acting career with The Crush. The film earned her an MTV Movie Award 1994 for Best Breakthrough Actor. Silverstone is the older of two siblings: a half-sister who was born from her father's previous marriage Kezi Silverstone and a younger brother, David Silverstone. She got married to her long-time boyfriend singer Christopher Jarecki in a beachfront ceremony in Lake Tahoe on June 11 2005. Silverstone shares Bear with her ex-husband/actor/musician Christopher Jarecki. Silverstone is the sole parent of Bear. Silverstone has been an outspoken supporter of the vegan movement over a period of years. From the age eight she's been a vegan. At the age of 21, in 1998, she became vegan. Silverstone has written two books on veganism. Alicia Marie Sacramone Quinn has been able to retire from gymnastics artistic. She was part of the United States Olympic team in 2008, and was awarded an Olympic silver medal.
